Annoying emails from scammers – PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage Review

I get emails saying PayPal has charged me for items that I haven’t purchased. I do delete these emails and check my Acct frequently. But I have made secure transactions and feel safe when doing so. I just wish the scammers could be eliminated.
