Adding Cash to account from stores. – PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage Review

I have experienced trouble loading funds at 7-11 stores. It’s works randomly. Your supposed to be able to load up to $500. Daily but really only works every other day to reload. Customer service has no clue why. ?
