Another disappointed user – Paper by WeTransfer Review

I contacted their support about losing the features I paid for and they are working on figuring out why I am missing them. I was told that if I paid for the features before this latest version, I should still have them (they are linked to the email/Apple ID I purchased them under). For some reason, I do not but when they get back in the office on Monday, they are supposed to help me get these features back. They were quick to reply and I sincerely appreciate them helping me thus far. I will provide another update once this has been resolved.
As with the many, many reviews here, I am highly disappointed that they are sticking it to us paid users. I purchased all the options a long time ago and now they want me to pay a subscription to get what I already paid for. That's not going to happen for me; lots of other, great sketching apps out there that won't leach from my pocketbook. I really hope for your sake, FiftyThree, that you listen to your users and get this mess fixed!
