After a year I’m canceling my subscription – TunnelBear: Secure VPN & Wifi Review

I’ve been using Tunnel Bear for about a year. It’s been pretty good and helpful as I travel a lot and use unsecured networks. In the last month the quality has been atrocious in my iPhone, laptop and tablet. I have extreme slow downs in internet speed and it’s a 50/50 chance the vpn service will actually connect to a US recognized server. I wrote for customer support and can’t get a response from them. 10 bucks a month for unlimited use and I can’t get an email response? Yea I’ll go try any of the 4000 other VPN providers.
