Long time PayPal customer-will terminate acct soon – PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage Review

The App (iPhone if it matters) is crap. My main reason leaving this credit card is the fact that something called “world purchases” (I live in Texas and went to New Orleans for 3 days) are not posted to the app for WEEKS. Do you know how frustrating and old world that is? I pay my bills of MONTHLY, and only started using PayPal over Capital One for a few weeks for their temporary incentives during this season. (BTW, Cap 1 app and EVERYTHING about them is superior imo) But when I make hundreds of dollars worth of purchases, I expect to be able to track my card activity in real time (minus holidays, weekends, etc..) but NOT have to wait weeks to see if fraud happened because it was dated due to “world purchases”. If anything it should be expedited BECAUSE it’s out of area. The APP also links you to the actual website for payment INSTEAD of being able to do it all within the App. Disputes are harder to claim, fraud activity is more difficult to prove, and over all responsibility and accountability is frustrating when there’s such a lack of even average tech available that seemingly ALL other credit card customers have. No changes by January, and I’m out.
