Doesn't work – Mobile Number Location Tracker Review

Like other reviews have stated, apparently everyone I know is currently in Canada. Even myself, haha. Funny since I've never been there in my life. I really wanted this app to work, but all it did was wasted my time. Maybe it only works if the phone I'm looking for also already has the app installed, but I have no idea.
