iPad version and Chromecast aren't getting along – Hulu: Watch TV shows & movies Review

My iPad and my Chromecast used to get along so well. Since this most recent update rolled out, casting hasn't worked. My iPhone version casts just fine but the iPad version will only cast if you start playing the video, stand on one leg, wear one pink sock and one striped leg warmer, and sacrifice 2 virgin tomatoes to Cthulhu.
