I don’t think it’s legit. – Xapo Review

I bought into bitcoin through xapo about two months ago and I made the mistake of not reading their terms the whole way through. It seems that if you don’t send the wire transfer within a certain time frame after you order, it will be canceled. Once it’s canceled good luck trying to get your money back. They use two different banks (neither of which have I heard of) and xapo customer service claims to have no way to get in touch with the banks customer service. Thank goodness I did a trial run with a small amount first. I fear that I may never see my money again. I will gladly update my rating if this gets fixed but until then I will not trust using this app again
