Very Disatified – PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage Review

I have been using PayPal for a long time. Not a lot, but for a long time. When I downloaded this app it was to transfer money from my sister to me for a joint purchase. I thought I could just transfer the money to my credit card when I got it, but that didn’t work. So I put my debit card and into my account. That doesn’t work, getting an error that says “sorry about that” “we are having some trouble completing your request right now” ???
