Since the awful and still-unfixed July update, which turned Outlook into a pseudo-social app, all mail handling is more laborious and unclear. The same mistake now has been made with the current update that buries contacts and files beneath the search glass, again adding a step. Who’s awake at the wheel? Plus, over 9,000 users have long-wanted a real monthly calendar instead of the useless agenda/dot view — Hey, MS you bought Sunrise! — and we’re ignored. An app with real potential spirals down.
