WIFI?!?! – Text Me - Phone Call + Texting Review

I'm using my IPod touch and when I'm somewhere without WIFI I can't call anyone. One time I was at gymnastics and my uncle was s suppose to pick me up but he was not there tried to call him but..no wifi I tired to get into the gymnastics wifi but it wouldn't work so the gym called him(he forgot)
