I use it to call my grandpa (who is 90, has dementia, and doesn’t use any social media or messaging apps) on his home phone in another country three times a week. It would cost me a fortune to do that on my regular phone plan but with this app it’s affordable and the call quality is great! I’ve tried so many other apps and none have been reliable in making or receiving calls from him. This one is fabulous and well worth the minimal cost for using it. This app has pretty much single-handedly allowed me to keep in touch with my grandfather during COVID times when he hasn’t been able to go out or have visitors and I haven’t been able to go home and see him. ???

I downloaded this app to text my bsf cause something happened to her phone and we can’t text on messages. When I go onto the app, every time there’s an add, to literally message someone?!! And there’s an ad on the bottom of the keyboard, that’s very unnecessary and lowkey just makes me mad. Please fix this I just want to text my bsf.
Answering calls on Lock Screen does not work on iOS 15

There is no Voice settingsand I have tried on 2 iOS 15 devices and they both don’t work on Lock Screen with the TextMe app.

Calls drop repetitively and if you say another phone number while in a call it hangs up the call audio goes in and out and there’s static like the feds watching

While it worked for what I needed it for, I tried it with free trial and within a week canceled and deleted it beginning of dec. it’s now only been about a month and I’ve been charged three times for an app I used only on free trial and have canceled only a month ago. I want my money back, that’s stealing and of course can’t contact anyone. I’ll have to cancel my card. Thiefs.
