Uber hates their users! – Uber - Request a ride Review

Cancellation issues In addition to other issues I brought up before, I also am angered greatly by Uber's new cancellation policies! 2 min cancellation is just not fair to the user when a driver is "7 minutes away" for 5-10 mins. I recently had to cancel on a driver as I could see from the map he was sitting in the Taco Bell drive thru down the street!!! If there was a third competitor in the ride sharing market (2 are Uber and Lyft) they would be doing even worse right now! Privacy violations! Boycotting Uber and use Lyft instead, to hit them where it hurts due to privacy violations. No need for Uber to have always location access. This isn't making a useful difference as many times people ask to be dropped off somewhere other than the destination address to access issues (e.g. Pedestrian only zones). This is on top of the last update where they began requiring the entry of destination which makes is take longer to request in a hurry as well as increasing wait times by trying to pair drivers in appropriate directions. The whole point of using UberX and paying more than Uber pool is that it's more convenient and faster! I don't know if the CEO realizes how much he is pissing off his user base!!!!
