Merges not coming – 4096 - Puzzle Review

I love this game, but, it has been not giving me the bonus Merge too many times when I gone 50 minuets times six after Continues and Scrabbles. I have been purchasing hundreds of Merges and Continues and didn’t mind when the bonus was every 10 minuets and didn’t give me the Merge, but, when it went to 50 minuets, it upsets me too many times. I was hoping that you would have a chance to give a special bargain on Black Friday on Merges like you have done with Continues. Please give me a answer on this matter. Thank you
