My Amazon Prime Review – Amazon Prime Video Review

I overall enjoy this program thoroughly however there are times when I am watching something through your app/program & the screen will get so blurry/grainy-ish making it difficult to watch even know I have my resolution set on best quality. Unfortunately when that happens I cannot continue to watch whether it’s my show or a movie through your app and have to exit and watch another app such as Hulu or Netflix (which I never have that type of problem with the Netflix or Hulu app/program). That’s my only concern & criticism regarding Amazon Prime App for TV. However I did give you guys a 3.8 to 4 ⭐️/star rating because I really do love Amazon Prime and the options you provide. I thoroughly enjoy the variety shows whether they be stateside are international and great selection of genres you have along with the movies and I love the fact that you are for so many different TV shows and you have a constant app for subtitles no matter what. Was the one other thing I love is your subtitles always work in your app where other app searches Netflix or Hulu they do not. I think that Amazon Prime is just fantastic. Thank you, Jen
