Waste of time – PayPal - Send, Shop, Manage Review

This app and PayPal in general is a waste.. if you need to get money instantly please stay away.. and their customer service is the worst.. and if you are a ya cellular user you will not be able to pay your bill thru pay pal!!!!! This is crazy!!! Get the CASH AP!!! It works perfect
