Paypal Credit vs Paypal Balance - These are 2 separate accounts - just because they are both PAYPAL does not make it ok to put the transactions from both accounts into one list with no distinction as to what was ran through PayPal and what was charged to your PayPal CREDIT acct. ALSO - apparently PayPal themselves cannot keep the two accounts separated so that recurring transactions - set to be charged to your PayPal CREDIT each month - actually get charged to the PayPal CREDIT account not paid for with the regular PayPal BALANCE - THEY ARE TWO DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS THAT SHOULD HAVE TWO DIFFERENT LEDGERS!! This mistake in charging the wrong account has happened before and they did it again today. PayPal clearly does not train their employees enough or they hire people who lack common sense and aren't paid enough to care to know what they should in order to solve an issue. I have a low tolerance for wasting time trying to find someone who knows what they are doing. Last time I called, I had to escalate the call to a supervisor - which led to 6 more transfers to supervisors who were all incompetent at their job. The next to last person told me she could mail me a bank letter to take to my bank to resolve the problem that paypal caused by taking money from the wrong account. I was livid - SERIOUSLY? You are an online only business and you are trying to make me accept your answer that you can only mail it by usps mail. Yeah right, and I asked to speak to someone else - then the girl tried to tell me there was no one else - another lie from an incompetent employee who probably just didn't want the call to escalate further because it wouldn't reflect well on her. Finally I got transferred to the 7th and final person I talked to and they answered my question and said they could email me the bank letter immediately and acted as if it was all standard operating procedure -- only the 6 people I spoke to before him didn't know anything about it- the one girl who said it could only be sent via usps mail obviously didn't know the answer and was willing to waste 10 minutes trying to convince me that mail was the only way and literally making my blood pressure high in the process. It was in total, one hour of me refusing to believe that there was no solution to the problem and talking to 7 people until I got someone who had a brain. And that's not even all the complaints I have, but PayPal has wasted my time enough and I doubt this review will actually make them do anything to improve their app or fix the problem with taking money out of the wrong account, or train their employees to put forth effort in seeking an actual solution to a problem instead of trying to make me believe all the nonsense illogical words that came out of their mouths.
