Bad experience, horrible customer service, tricky black case work? – Community Rewards Review

If I can give negative evaluation, I would do so. We experienced multiple technical issues lasting for several months, and for sure we contacted the customer abc by the email they provided. Neither we got no responses, or no follow up at all. The monthly leader game is tricky. We saw technical error for at least 3 times or more. Very terrible app.
