Overall Bad Experience – Lyft Review

Lyft has a bad habit of double charging accounts/ charging the wrong accounts even when specific accounts are selected. There's no calling number so when there's an emergency you have to wait a decent amount of time to receive assistance. As much as I would like to come on here and brag about the pro's of Lyft the cons Just overweigh them in every kind of way. If you ever have an issue with the double charging thing good luck receiving help. Also customer service isn't much help they barley reply. I think the most ridiculous thing is that you can't take a credit card off file, drivers love to start rides before they even start and we can't forget about how it seems Lyft takes the longer more expensive route to get you to and from your destination, most Lyft drivers act as if they don't like being directed either. if the bad customer service doesn't stop lyfts going to lose all of their customers including me
