Help – ClockZ | Clock Display + Alarm Review

I got this hoping to replace my lock screen clock. So far I haven’t been able too. Is there secret for this middle age man he can’t figure out. Purchased the 99 cent thinking It would make it a wallpaper. Well I haven’t found it yet. Help if you can. Lao our in my zip and it shows my San Diego’s weather. I’m in Napa Ca. WTH?!
