11/28 Update-Drop-In no longer working – Amazon Alexa Review

My family has loved the Amazon Echo and we’ve had no trouble with any funtionality until now. We have an Echo plus 2 Dots and use the drop-in feature as a house intercom extensively. Today I tried to drop-in on my main Echo and was told that device is “not in my contacts” and to see the Alexa App for details. Went to the App and looked for the Drop-In features under setting. They are no longer there! Went to Amazon site to double-check where I should be looking and followed steps. No longer any option listed for drop-in, contacts, or conversation in the app. Checked App’s update history and sure enough, learned it was “1 Day Ago”. Amazon please fix!
