A problem caused me to want to buy stock in InstaCart – Instacart-Get Grocery Delivery Review

I had never had to call the customer support number until one night my order seemed too late. I called the specific store to ask about my order to no avail. The person listed to bring my delivery looked like a young girl. I was concerned something might have happened to her. Then I checked my “Order Status” and saw that my order was listed as having been delivered 2 hours before! I called CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Below I detail what happened that made me want to go right out and buy stock in InstaCart: By then it was after 10:00 pm. A gentleman answered my call on about the 3rd ring. Wow! That was a shock. I didn’t even get a machine. A REAL PERSON answered immediately. I told him my order was listed as delivered,, but I had not gotten it. The amazing part was I didn’t have to tell him ANYTHING! Apparently from my Incoming call he had my order in front of him. He started trying to get my order re-delivered right then. By then it was almost 10:30. I said, “Are you trying to get my order to me tonight. It is too late” He replied, “Yes. I’m going to try!” Then he said it would be delivered first thing the next morning, and - for the inconveniences, I would get a credit for the full amount of my bill!. I have never in my life had such an easy time when reporting a problem of any kind. Customer Service makes a company. InstaCart has the most state of the art reporting system I’ve ever experienced. I was not asked one single question! We all dread reporting a problem, thinking we need our order number, a list of items , etc. NO..,I did not need to give any information at all. My issue was immediately resolved, and I was compensated for my time. It doesn’t get any better than that!
