Horrible experience – Printerpix Review

The product continues to come damaged no steps were taken to package it differently. I was told is was shipped priority but the packaging was not changed. Order was placed on October 22nd the initial responses from customer service was good and was taken care of however as time went on and additional issues happened the response time became longer and longer. I will never recommend this company to any of my friends in fact I will be telling anyone who asks me for a company not to use this one.
