App not working, website same thing. But sure enough they took money from my account. I used groupon and i was not able to place order site is crap and app same thing.

Run away, don't walk! This company's product come out cheaper than you can even imagine! Got photo mug, when received photo was smeared! Also ordered calendar which was such cheap quality I could've made better myself!!!! Also calendar came shipped in an envelope which was bent when I received it which ruined the calendar!!! Also the pages in the calendar were somehow stuck together and all RIPPED APART when trying to flip through the pages... If you order from here, you might as well just light your money on fire, you'll get the same results...

I’m no genius, but I’ve navigated Shutterfly, Costco, Collage.com, etc., and successfully created books, personalized items, and prints. I have NEVER encountered a more ineffective, unfriendly interface!! It’s a nightmare. Use the above programs!!!

I placed my order on 12/24/15, and have still not received it 1/23/16. Customer service let me know it takes up to 21 days to process and then ship. I do not know the quality of the product yet.

Absolutely love my 25 Instagram print pictures. My only complaint is that one pic was printed twice so I'm missing one. I found out about this company on Groupon.

I bought a groupon for $5.00 and spent an hour on my computer trying to load the pictures in an album when I couldn't get it to work on my computer I used the mobile app. I put in my voucher number and the next thing I know it's charged me $39.00 without letting me review my order. Now they tell me I have to wait 30 days for a refund.

Two Holidays in a row, could not get my order right. Service is awful will not stand behind their product regardless of how poorly product turns out. Does not honor their sales... Discount never apply at checkout. Two completely transactions a year apart.... Totally Awful.
