This app is really cool, but it turns glitchy – Quiz Your Friends - See who knows you the best! Review

I liked this app and I made a quiz, so I attached it to Snapchat. But people started sending me things about how thy couldn’t take the quiz. And then my friend showed me on her phone how if you swipe up and enter your name it won’t let you take the quiz. Is this a bug or do you have to be on WiFi to take the quiz?
