App Support Is Lacking. Alarms Are So So. – Loud Alarm Clock ULTRA Review

This could be a great app, but with just about everything else that is bought, if you don’t have good support and communication, things can disintegrate in a hurry. My last few emails went unanswered and they left me hanging for days, with an alarm that wouldn’t work. I did finally manage to get it to work myself by deleting and reinstalling. Had my emails been answered I would have given it 5 stars with a few suggestions to incorporate in the next release. App support is that important. Secondly the sounds on the alarms need to be louder and more distinct in how they are played. Having an alarm sound that touches all of the bases from low to high pitches ensures that those that may suffer from deafness from certain pitches will always be able to hear an alarm if it is loud enough. This is why emergency vehicles often will have sirens that wail on many frequencies at the same time. Everyone hears it better.
