Free calls but not free text – TalkU: Unlimited Calls + Texts Review

I purchased the option for $70 for free call and text in the USA and Canada. While I am able to make free calls, in order to send a text message I have to have a credit balance and I’m still having to go and get additional credits whenever I want to send text messages by watching stupid videos of doing other promotional things. I wonder if this whole thing is a scam. I am very disappointed. I’ve been using this app for A few months now and I noticed that this problem started happening. Update: I have contacted your support department in order to resolve the issue but nothing has been resolved. They just gave me the same response that you guys have given me here. I still have to watch stupid videos in order to get some extra credit so I can send a text message. This is unbelievable since I have paid my $70 in order to get the unlimited service for call and text messages across the US. I am beginning to believe that this is a total scam. Unless this is resolved immediately I will contact Apple and informed him about your scam.
