For the price it’s great! – Asana Rebel: Get in Shape Review

You get to choose your yoga sessions, or start a program. It works because it’s under an hour which is doable, and for the price I’d only get 2 months at a gym membership. So it’s worth the $60 for the year. I’ve done a couple different programs and I love it so far :).
