Why do I have to pay again & where are all of my existing projects – My Measures PRO + AR Measure Review

App says it won’t work with current iOS and when I search on App Store I am required to pay for app again (which I did); but wait, what the heck; where are my current projects that I am working with and archived. I have invested a lot of time creating folders and now I have to start all over?!?!
