Buyer Beware – TripIt: Travel Planner Review

All potential buyers should know that there is no phone support that accompanies your subscription. This is not ok because this app is costly, and the email-only support is very slow. It doesn't matter that you will be a premium user (in other words, you paid for the app). Just understand this: that TripIt employees' time is far more important than your own otherwise they would provide a number to help you thru the glitches of the app. Also, TripIt forces you to make a review and send feedback to them. Because even after buying your app, you still waste my time forcing a critique of your app. You CHARGE WAAAY TO MUCH to waste our time, TripIt. I give you a 1-star for wasting my time.
