This app is so trash I’ve trying to create an account and sign in for 3 days and it always has some type of problem

App keeps stating that email link to verify has been sent. Nope. Double checked email address and it’s correct. Nothing in spam or junk, no emails anywhere. I’ve tried restarting multiple times. App is completely unusable if I can’t even logon.

Load up your entire schedule by just flipping confirmation emails! Sharing full trip itineraries with family and colleagues is great.

Long time user and huge fan but this version signs me out constantly. Kind of spoils the value prop of having all your plans at your fingertips. It’s especially bad when you’re abroad and your internet is slow because it has to reload all your trips and plans (which can be slow). Please fix this, TripIt! ?

On my last trip, this app signed me out so frequently that I never had easy access to information when I needed it most. As a result, I was left standing around at busy airports trying to remember a password so that I could know where I needed to go for my hotel or frantically trying to sign in to the app so I could check in for a flight. In addition, there is an app for Apple watch but when the phone app signs you out, you no longer have access to information on your watch either! This app actually made my fltravel experience worse! If you want to be that guy (or lady) holding up people at a busy airport while you look up information, this is the app for you. If the developers would at least make an option to adjust how often this app signs out, include a facial recognition feature, or eliminate signing out entirely, the app would be 1,000,000 times more useable. In it's current state, the app is unreliable and adds another annoying step to the already complicated task of managing business travel.

Unable to login because error message says app is currently undergoing maintenance. It’s been like this for about three weeks now. I’ve tried emailing them but only get a response every 3 days

This is one those apps that I never hesitate to renew. It’s amazing for keeping track of trips from the simplest overnight to complicated itineraries. TripIt automatically imports email updates in ways that still amaze me. Ex: if you have a trip listed and add a restaurant reservation, TripIt adds the reservation automatically to the appropriate trip. This is one of my all-time favorite and worthwhile apps.
