Beware of 5 star reviews! – Seamless: Local Food Delivery Review

This company has obviously paid advertisers to write reviews and increase their rating. Most of the 5 star reviews here are blatantly advertising, one even so bold as to use the username "i love seamless". So clearly paid reviews. I really wish Apple would even make an attempt at filtering these out so that companies like Seamless would have the one or two stars that they deserve, having such an inefficient and self serving business model. If you do have an experience where Seamless charges your credit card and doesn't deliver food, don't call THEM to fix it. Just call your credit company and tell them not to accept the charge. You can do this within 24 hrs of any charge made to your account and there's nothing Seamless can do to keep your money if you tell visa/amex/whoever to deny it. Seamless does not have your best interest in mind, their CTO threw a childish tantrum after asking for feedback and being told that his program was glitchy and cumbersome and poorly coded. Save yourself the headache and be a good capitalist, don't use your dollar to vote for this company's future.
