Nicole – Box Tops for Education™ Review

Would love to use this app but it will not work for me. It won’t let me past the set up process for me to create an account. The initial sign up it gave me an error screen after creating an account. I then close out and try to sign in. It says my password is wrong. I then click on forgot password and it takes me to an error page. I thought maybe my email didn’t go through since the initial process it gave me an error so I try to create an account with my email and it says that it’s already in use. I tried to email customer support. It took them a long time to get back to me and when they finally did they told me to uninstall and reinstall the app and try it again. That’s exactly what I did and I’m still getting the same errors.
