Camera won’t work with phone data – Uniden® AppCam Lite™ Review

Please find the issue and fix, I used the phone data to open the cameras and it used to work just fine... After the new software update from apple 11.1.2 It only work if I am connected to WiFi!!!! Please look up, and fix.. Thank you
