Where is the restore purchase!!! – Webcams World View: Discovery Review

It is a great app, however I will give it a one star until they fix the restore app feature. So far I paid $25 for ad free on my Apple TV and another $25 for my iPhone, and now I get the ads on my iPad and I cannot restore my purchases. This is just not right!
