Never again. – Priceline - Hotel, Car, Flight Review

Our family has used Priceline for years, but never again. We had a disastrous situation at the Comfort Inn in Brunswick GA. The hotel was filthy, filled with cigarette smoke, and managed by a rude and inept staff. The reviews for this hotel on Priceline do not reflect the truth. Go to other sites to double check reviews before even considering booking through Priceline!!! Other than a few feeble attempts to contact the hotel and a few “I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do,” Priceline would do nothing to help us recover our costs. There is ZERO consumer protection when you book through Priceline, so why would we ever do this again? Oh, that’s right. We won’t.
