Developer are you there? Won’t work! – Mahjongg Candy Review

I can’t get this game to play on my iPad Pro! It opens up to the screen that says “PLAY” in a bright pink box, but then it freezes and won’t open any further! I’ve tried fully closing it & reopening it, but that didn’t work; So then I completely deleted the game then redownloaded it from the App Store, but even that didn’t work! Must be a glitch or something. Dear Arkadium Any suggestions! BTW I haven’t even downloaded the latest update yet.
