Notifications about missing deals – Hooked Deals Review

Used to be a decent app with useful notifications. Now it only sends notifications after deals are over saying “you just missed a great deal”. What does that accomplish besides make the user mad? Do the developers actually think that these notifications will want me to open the app?? One star, officially a horrible app.
