Feature removed – Focus Zen - Be More Productive Review

After having problems with uploading issues on the app (i.e.certain features weren’t showing upon opening the app due to IT glitches), I responded unfavourably to a request as to whether I like the app functioning or not. After I respect responded unfavourably, the app actually removed a feature that I liked. Why would you punish people who like your app who were having legitimate issues and no way to communicate them to you except when you ask about rating? Otherwise I liked it before but wish there were more features. However, I can supplement other features of other apps.
