The app is great but... – REDBOX: Rent, Stream & Buy Review

The app is great but I think they should add an option to return your movie within the first two minutes of renting. Here’s why, I always check my movies when they come out of the machine for scratches and whatever else may be wrong. But if something is wrong I then have to call to have it resolved. If they add this option upon the return of the movie they could add a menu to ask if there is a problem with the disc and if there is the machine should not let it be rented again until the movie is replaced or resolved. They could also add that feature after you return a movie after watching it..if people would be honest.
