Great for what it is – Unicode Map and Code Table Review

Looks like some reviewers are rating this app based on expectations they pulled out of their rear ends. This app provides the Unicode characters in their various sets, and it's very handy for finding diacritics and symbols that can be hard or inconvenient to find elsewhere when you don't have a desktop computer available.
