They won't restore my account. – Puzzle & Dragons (English) Review

I saved my secret code like I was told but they still won't restore my account. They never told me I needed to remember 5 monster names or names of dungeons or have a receipt. They are really being annoying. I have multiple accounts and the game is fun but if they don't give me my account back I'm never playing this game again.
