Guaranteed Rewards quit working – Rewards - Prizes & Rewards Review

I had received $5 Amazon and then redeemed two $2 Amazon guaranteed rewards and then another $1. Reached out to support and they said the $2 were pending but should be reflected soon. Reached out to them yesterday and no response. You get the first reward and looks like you are done.
