Good App But Not What I Expected – TRIPPY - trippy photo filters Review

I saw an ad for this app on Instagram and the way it was displayed was an app that you could render motion filters in, however after paying for the app I found out that was not the case. I feel bad leaving a negative review because it truly is a cool app, however I feel the advertisement could be a little better explaining what the app actually does.
