Horrible service – Chow Cab Review

i have ordered from this service a few times and have been generally disappointed by the lack of communication and service received. Orders will typically be at least 30-45 minutes late from when you are informed your delivery time will be. There is zero communication from the company informing you that your order is delayed. i stopped ordering from them for about a month and then gave it a try again. The first time my delivery arrived on time but the following time the order was an hour late. Food has arrived cold to top it off. You have to be the one to contact customer service to get any information about you delivery. Today’s order finally prompted this review. Messages have been left for management without any call back or follow through. I would highly advise against using this service as the lack of professionalism, service, and communication are baffling. You are better off calling in the order yourself and going to pick it up.
