Crashes immediately on launch

Worked alright for a while, past couple months has been unusable. Crashes immediately when trying to open the app.
Customers don’t matter even before a Hurricane

I ordered food through the ChowCab app. They are now considered BiteSquad. My food was expired and smelled like body odor. It smelled so bad that I had to bag it up multiple times and throw it in the garbage. I stated that I ordered out solely to preserve my canned food for Hurricane Dorian, which is approaching. Canned food is scarce due to the severity of this hurricane. Therefore, I cannot afford to consume my canned food when the power goes out. Even after stating this to their customer service, they didn’t even attempt to assist me. This is a highly unethical company that only cares about receiving their customers’ money. I deleted their app and will NEVER use their services again. Even before a hurricane, these money hungry leaches can care less about supporting their customers. I usually get mad about things like this. However, this is just downright pathetic. I wish I would’ve never wasted my money.
Just downloaded the app. Doesn't initialize.

The app won't start up. It says to check for internet connection. I am connected and all other apps, browsers work.

Hasn't loaded in a month. Deleted and reinstalled. Still won't load. Over this. Great concept but poor execution.

Ordered something and never got delivered. Called for conformation and still nothing. It's either broken or you have to be a genius to get food from this app.

I only use Chow Cab for several reasons: The app is easy and fast when placing my orders, I usually don't have to talk to someone or type out long instructions for my food, you can pay and tip in the app, when I'm at a friend's house or work I just change the zip code and it tells me exactly what restaurants I can order from, I can order in advance, the app and website tells me the estimated delivery times and they always follow through.

This is hands down the best delivery service out there! Their app is easy to use, they have great restaurants and I love the future order feature!!

Last week took 3 hours to get an order, this week they called said sorry it will be 2 hours then they call back and said they did not have anything I ordered... if you want a 2-3 hour wait this is the app for you.
