Needs an extreme overhaul. – Talk2: Connect to your loved ones in the Philippines even when they're offline Review

This app need so much more work. Notifications and app background refresh is badly needed. There use to be free 100 when you signed up now it’s gone. Call sometimes get re routed and only plays music which means I loose minutes. I have lost a total of 10 minuets cause of that. Text messages arrive late and have to constantly be opening the app.
