Talk2 notifies you immediately when your recipient is offline, and gives you the option to halt the call or text.
Pushing through means all your in-app calls and messages are redirected to your recipient’s Philippine mobile number, but also that you spend SMS credits and call minutes, so stock up on both on our Packages page!

If you came here looking for free sms or a sample of 20 free sms messages to the Philippines, don't bother. They don't give you the free credit as shown in the pictures.

Left me call and text but when my girlfriend tries to message me it sends but I never received it. She called me and it says I'm unreachable. So what the heck is going on? I can't even send pics like it claims I should be able to! I bought mobile minutes and texting.
