Won't even load – War of Thrones – Dragons Story Review

I downloaded it, and it wouldn't even load. So I deleted it and rebought it, and still isn't loading. And no that I'm looking at the reviews, I find out that the game makes you pay lots of money to play. I really need a new game to play, and this was just a waste of time. (I have the newest IOS update for iPad, but forgot the number) ??
