Errors, bugs, no game support sorry for the inconvenience ? – War of Thrones – Dragons Story Review

The game can be fun when it works. My latest and last error resulted in the loss of troops and my dragon when there was an error that caused the app to freeze. I contacted customer support multiple times and always received the same answer sorry for the inconvenience we are looking into the problem. That's it two weeks later still nothing even when I offered to compromise if they would issue me a new dragon that I could rebuild or I could pay the reduced price of 500 gems for a dragon egg if they put it in the store like I have seen on other worlds I have played and still the same answer we are still looking into it sorry about the inconvenience.
